In harmony with the garden.

Nestled within the Montiggl Nature Reserve, our 4-star S-Hotel has been built to the Klimahaus A standard.
The building is heated by a system that uses waste water as a heat source (a Feka system from Bad Ragaz in Switzerland).

To offer our guests a special and natural culinary experience, we mainly use seasonal, regional produce, sourced wherever possible from our garden or the immediate vicinity.

Herbal power from South Tyrol

In our herb garden, we lovingly cultivate a variety of herbs and edible flowers, which are used fresh in our dishes. We also use them to create delicious herbal syrups, which you can enjoy either as a refreshing drink or in aperitifs and cocktails. These local herbs can also be found in the wellness area, including in products from South Tyrolean cosmetics ranges that pamper your skin.
