Our hearts beat for sustainability.
Located amidst the Monticolo/Montiggl nature reserve, we see it as our duty to keep our environmental footprint as small as possible. We put a great deal of time and energy into running our hotel as sustainably as possible. That begins with the construction of our 4-star-S hotel to “Klimahaus” standard A, which is heated using waste water (FEKA system from Bad Ragaz in Switzerland).
So that we can offer our guests a special, natural flavour experience, we prepare predominantly regional and seasonal products – wherever possible from our garden or the immediate area. Keeping delivery distances short is something that’s close to our hearts.
Herbal power from South Tyrol
In our herb garden, we lovingly plant various herbs and edible flowers which are freshly prepared for our cuisine. We also use them to create delicious, healthy herbal syrups, which you can either enjoy as a refreshing drink or in aperitifs and cocktails. You’ll also find local herbs in our wellness area, for example in the products from South Tyrolean cosmetics lines that pamper your skin.
