We at Gartenhotel Moser have been working in farming for many years now. You can look forward to enjoying apples and pears grown by us as well as wines from our own grapes here at our wellness hotel on Lago di Monticolo/Montiggler See lake. Countless regional products also await you and your loved ones on the breakfast buffet and as part of our delicious evening menus.
Indulgence from morning until night
Our gourmet hotel on Lago di Monticolo/Montiggler See lake will surprise your palate with scrumptious delicacies as part of our ¾ light board, which includes a rich and varied breakfast buffet of hot and cold specialities and top-quality South Tyrolean produce.
From 12.30 p.m. to 2.30 p.m., you can enjoy a “little light lunch” freshly prepared in our show kitchen. Hot soup, appetisers, and a salad buffet are perfect as a light bite to keep you going.
In the afternoon, you can indulge in the cake buffet and in the evening we pamper your palate with a delicious 5-course menu, plus a large salad buffet with homemade Moser dressings and fragrant bread. You can choose to dine either in the bright dining room, in the Max Sparer Stübele, or in the Va’ppiano.
Special, exciting themed evenings such as barbecues, fish appetiser buffets, and more also await you.
And that’s not all – once a week, those with a sweet tooth will be in their element at our irresistible dessert buffet.

At Gartenhotel Moser, we want all our guests to be able to indulge to their hearts’ content. Please inform us about any food intolerances when you book your holiday so that our chef and the kitchen team can make the necessary preparations. We will be happy to adapt our menus to meet your needs.
