Your Mission:
- Independently prepare and present antipasti, cold starters, and finger food for the buffet
- Prepare and cook starters and appetizers
- Actively support the station chefs in dish preparation
- Share responsibility for keeping the kitchen and equipment clean and well-maintained
- Ensure compliance with HACCP regulations
What You Bring:
- Completed vocational training, culinary school, or apprenticeship in the gastronomy sector
- Possibly experience in sushi preparation (not mandatory)
- Passion for cooking and enthusiasm for the hospitality industry
- Enjoy working in a team
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work under pressure
- Good German and Italian language skills
