Your Mission:

• Independently prepare and present antipasti, cold starters, and finger food for the buffet
• Prepare and cook starters and appetizers
• Actively support the station chefs in dish preparation
• Share responsibility for keeping the kitchen and equipment clean and well-maintained
• Ensure compliance with HACCP regulations

What You Bring:

• Completed vocational training, culinary school, or apprenticeship in the gastronomy sector
• Possibly experience in sushi preparation (not mandatory)
• Passion for cooking and enthusiasm for the hospitality industry
• Enjoy working in a team
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work under pressure
• Good German and Italian language skills
