Our gourmet hotel in South Tyrol, the Gartenhotel Moser, will surprise your palate with the scrumptious delicacies of the ¾ light board, which includes a rich and varied breakfast buffet (served from 7:30 to 11:00 a.m.) of hot and cold specialties and top-quality local produce – at our gourmet hotel in South Tyrol, you will be spoilt for choice from dawn to dusk.  

In the afternoon, you can indulge the cake buffet and in the evening the kitchen team of our gourmet hotel in South Tyrol will be spoiling your palate with a delicious 5-course menu (served from 19:00 to 20:30), plus a large salad buffet with homemade dressings and fragrant bread. You can choose to dine either in the bright dining room, in the Max Sparer stübele, or in the Va'ppiano.

Twice a week we organize special highlights: On Sundays a special gala dinner awaits you and Thursday is the day for our themed evening! That’s not all – once a week, those with a sweet tooth are in their element with our sumptuous dessert buffet.

You are also welcome to invite guests to dinner at our gourmet hotel in South Tyrol. We charge between 43.00 € and 49.00 € for the 5-course menu (depending on the theme of the evening), and we also serve special children's menus.
