Spring

The nights are slowly getting shorter and the days a bit longer once again and, as always happens in spring, new life is awakening everywhere. The Gartenhotel also opens its doors once again... Particularly popular in spring are short walks in the surrounding area, for example from the village centre of Montiggl through the spring valley to Lake Kaltern. The "Frühlingstalele" valley, as the locals like to call it, tempts numerous walkers with the splendor of its flowers (countless daffodils, snowdrops, primroses...) as early as the end of February.
