Autumn

When summer gives way to autumn, the woods around the two Lake Montiggls are filled with the most brilliant colors. At the end of August at the latest, when the apple harvest begins, you start to notice that "golden autumn" is on the doorstep! The grapes start to color and from the middle of September the grape harvest begins. The third season of the year is ideal for walking and the typical South Tyrolean "Törggelen", cozy gatherings where roasted chestnuts and new wine are sampled...
