Business conditions

• The hotel bill can be settled in all currencies in cash or by traveler's check, bank check or credit card (all except for American Express/Diners). We regret that we are unable to cash postal checks.
• Foreign currencies will be exchanged at reception at the relevant daily exchange rate.
• No processing fee is charged for credit cards or EC cards.
• If you choose to pay the full total in cash, we will grant you a 1.5% discount off your hotel bill.
• In the event of cancellations, please inform us as early as possible. We will try to let the room to somebody else but, if we are not able to, you will be charged for three days. The same applies to premature departures.
• We offer holiday cancellation insurance. Further details on request!
• Discount for overnight stay with breakfast € 9.00; for children from 13 months old -20% off the children's price.
• Dogs can only be accepted with their own basket or blanket. Dogs are not allowed in the dining rooms or wellness area. We charge € 15.00 per day and reserve the right to charge a possible final cleaning fee. Please inform us if you'll be bringing your four-legged friend on booking.
• In general, rooms are available from approximately 2.00 p.m. If you arrive earlier, we are happy to spoil you on the garden terrace or in the restaurant. Please inform us if you will not be with us before 7.00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
• The layout and arrangement of the rooms, suites or apartments may vary slightly. Our internal rule for calculating room sizes: (area of room + balcony + bathroom) equals the stated size. We ask you to understand that we are unable to guarantee certain room numbers or floors.
